Veteran actress and director, Joke Silva fondly called the “Silva lining of the Nigerian film and entertainment industry, Amaka Igwe, Jason Njoku, among others, where recently spotted at the 3rd edition of the British Council Expo held at Sharaton Hotel, Ikeja.
Joke who was one of the guest speakers at the event, urged the you ths to be focused if they must achieve their dreams in life. With a successful and influential career spanning three decades, the award winning actress is one of the respected actress in Nollywood.
She curated for the bank of Industry (BOI) theater, film,Documentary, and Poetry for the 2012 London Olympics. According to her, “ Acting could be divided in three ways, we have, theater, radio and film. In life for you to go far, you have to form the habit of being punctual in every thing you do. In this part of the world, the problem most of us have it that, we always find it very difficult to manage our talents. We should learn how to do all these things for a positive result,”she said.
